TITLE   Gene tagging and Map-based cloning in rice. Proceeding of the 3rd international joint colloquium on Agricultural Biotechnology,
JOURNAL   pp. 6-10.
  The Abstract Of The Paper
The ultimate goal of current genome research in plants is to identify all the genes and discover their functions. Researchers are much closer to achieving the first of these goals now that the rice genome-sequencing project has been completed (Goff et al. 2002; Yu et al. 2002). As a result of elucidating the structural genomics in the species, large-scale functional studies are being launched.
